The problem
Sales teams waste hours manually researching and qualifying inbound leads, with brittle integrations across email, research and CRM.
The solution
A Gmail/Pub-Sub webhook captures Calendly bookings, Perplexity researches the company, AI assigns weighted fit scores, and qualified leads sync to HubSpot — managed via a drag-and-drop Kanban.
Technical challenges
The engineering problems this build had to get right.
- Event-driven async pipeline with transactional consistency
- Real-time multi-user dashboard updates
- Secure multi-provider OAuth with token refresh

Engineering notes
Lesson for similar SaaS builds: design for event-driven async pipeline with transactional consistency and real-time multi-user dashboard updates up front — these are the parts that are expensive to retrofit once the feature list grows.
